Each case study is in-depth with relevant information about the UX project. Just like the homepage, she showcases her case studies (i.e., portfolio) perfectly too. Overall, potential clients will know pretty much everything about the “professional Amy” as soon as they land on her website. She has also added a confident picture of her interacting with her team below the intro. She introduces herself and sums up her extensive career right at the top in beautiful yet clear typography. ![]() Her UX portfolio website’s homepage is an excellent example of showcasing the essential things top of the fold. She delivers people-first designs and currently leads user research for Money in Excel, a Microsoft 365 solution subscribers can use to manage, track, and analyze money and spending, all in Excel. Overall, a great Squarespace portfolio example, indeed!Īmy is a product designer at Microsoft. And each portfolio item has a fantastic creative copy - for example, here’s how she describes the flower choices for a lush Hawaiian garden wedding: “Deeply inspired by our island home and its diversity of flowers and foliage, my intent was to create something that had an authentic sense of place using materials that are growing abundantly here.” The portfolio page is well-categorized, has high-quality images, and is presented excellently with ample whitespace.The homepage follows a natural flow: Hero > Portfolio (with three featured pieces) > About.The text-only hero that reads “Custom Floristry for the Wild At Heart” tells the visitors about their services in a second.Also, the typography throughout is gorgeous. Each section has a different background color but from the same color palette.Overall, it follows all the modern website design trends: The Wild Heart official website is elegant, well-structured, and to the point. It includes work featured in Bridal and Interior Magazines, among other things. Gorgeous weddings and unique special events make up her equally gorgeous portfolio.
